01 /Your territory stays yours.
Claim available postcode areas and receive the enquiries from those areas exclusively. Another partner cannot claim a confirmed territory. You can request several areas if they suit your collection routes; availability is checked before we agree your coverage.
02 /Everything together in one email.
Enquiries arrive with customer contact details, collection location and vehicle information. You can assess where the car is and what you are dealing with before contacting the seller. Delivery happens through our separate lead platform as enquiries come in.
03 /A proper vehicle record.
The vehicle is checked against DVLA information, including details such as make, year, colour, fuel type and engine size, alongside tax and MOT status and expiry dates. This gives you useful context for the quote; it does not replace your own assessment of condition.
04 /More context from MOT history.
Full DVSA MOT history brings past tests, advisories and failures into view. Historic mileage readings are used to estimate current mileage with a High, Medium or Low confidence rating. The estimate is a guide based on the records, not a verified current odometer reading.
05 /Checks continue after delivery.
The platform periodically re-checks the DVLA record after assignment. A reissued V5C can indicate that the vehicle may have changed hands. Surfacing that change helps you decide whether to follow up, rather than treating every old enquiry as if nothing has changed.
06 /You handle the quote and collection.
Contact the seller, agree a price, arrange collection and pay them directly. The service supplies enquiries and supporting information; it does not guarantee that every enquiry becomes a collected vehicle. Genuine non-conversions can be flagged for review under the partner terms.
